Vibration Specialty Corporation is a company involved in monitoring and controlling vibration. Originally they were a company that did predictive maintenance for other companies. Over the years they developed hardware for their own use, and they are now selling that hardware and expertise to other companies that want to do their own predictive maintenance.

The new product is the SV3X PdM System. It is the most powerful and practical predictive maintenance system on the market today.
Handles four channels simultaneously. There are four separate A/D converters and the signals are processed in the same instant in time. This is the only portable system that does it. This is the only system that can show relationships in real time.
M1A1 tank tough computer is a Pentium PC in a small, rugged package. You can get rough with it and still run your PdM system, as well as any other Windows based programs.
Neural Network analysis that learns your system as it goes. You start out with a knowledge base built in by Vibration Specialty and then you can add your own knowledge as you go.
Upgradable so you can start small and add to the system as workload and budget allow.
The WinProtect Data Management System is the software that works with the SV3X hardware. It can start simply and economically and grow into a very powerful system with a neural network which incorporates experience gained over time as you use it. WinProtect can also be used on a lab computer to do analysis on data gathered by the SV3X datataker.

Then there is WinProtect Plus on-line PdM. Most on-line systems are very expensive, or they multiplex the signals so that you cannot see real relationships between pickups. With WinProtect Plus you multiplex four channels at a time, which gives you much better processing capability, but the system in still economically feasible.
